Dave and I have decided to move. It’s something we’d been pondering for a while. We decided to keep an eye out for the perfect property, thinking in a year or two we’d find it. But God! He put the PERFECT farm in our path the very first day we started looking. I mean, we weren’t ready AT ALL, and there it was starting us in the face.

There are a couple of main reasons, but the main one is that the two of us just don’t need five bedrooms.

So if you are in the market for an amazing house in the country, or you know anyone who is interested, here’s the info:

It’s located in Greenfield (7930 Cedar Street to be exact) on 4.5 acres.

It’s 35 minutes from Minneapolis, 25 minutes from Maple Grove and Plymouth.

There are FIVE bedrooms all on one level.

The master bedroom faces East toward the pasture, so the most amazing sunrises over and over.

4300 square feet

5 oversized garage stalls (bring the extended cab truck, it fits)

The barn has 2 beautiful horse stalls and 2 more doors that lead to the pasture that could be used for stalls.

PLENTY of closet space.

220 volt service in the lower heated garage that my husband loves for his welding equipment.

2 gas fireplaces in the master bedroom and living room.

A fenced yard for the dog with a doggie door so they can let themselves out.

An amazing space in the bright sun lit basement, perfect to run a business or a mother in law space.

The short driveway is kept clear with an electric snow blower, super easy.

Natural gas, except for the fireplaces and the garage furnace that are propane ($250 lasts us 2 years).

This is a dream house that has room for ALL of your toys. Reach out if you’d like to talk before it’s listed. (We have a realtor so that’s not needed).

Enjoy the turkeys, pheasant and other wildlife on the property.
